Returns

If you are unhappy with your artwork a refund can be issued, minus the original postage and packaging fee, providing the artwork is received by me, in it’s original condition and packaging, within 14 days of purchase. Please contact me to let me know before you send any artworks back, thank you.

Postage and packing

All artworks will be packed by me, either in a poster tube, envelope or box with plenty of protection to avoid damage. I am not liable for any damage sustained during transit.

Domestic deliveries (UK) are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class.

International deliveries are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed. Please note that with international orders, some countries may charge customs fees which the receiver will be required to pay.

Mindful Creativity sessions

I ask that all session fees be paid in full via online transfer at the point of booking. If the need arises for either of us to cancel the session you will be offered a change of date or full refund.
